Announcements are going orange

We're adjusting the icons for announcement/broadcast rooms so its more apparent its a different type of chat room. (1-way)

We're also making sure they are always on the top of the concierge rooms and SORT separately. A UX upgrade but also to make sure they get the attention they deserve by being on top. Will be part of the release by end of the week.
