The latest update to the DMP app, version 2.19.0, brings a set of six new features designed to improve user experience and offer more control over scheduling and tracking. Redesigned Calendar Interface

The calendar has been completely redesigned for better usability. The new interface is cleaner and more intuitive, making it easier to view and manage entries.

• Redesign of the edit/avail buttons

• Subs counted in the avails lists

Timezone Support

A key improvement is the addition of timezone support for calendar entries. This means users can now create events that have a specific timezone so when players are traveling, they know when the event is actually taking place when they get back home. (for example).

New Subs Feature

Capability to include substitutes in your groups, enabling complete tracking while ensuring the privacy of your group. Read more about this new feature here.

Admin and Captain Controls for Availability

Version 2.19.0 introduces enhanced control for admins and captains over all availability settings. This means that those in leadership roles can now manage and adjust the availability of all group members from a single tap. This feature simplifies scheduling and ensures that availability is always up to date.

For example, you’re on court with your usual doubles group and during your match you find out that 2 of them are away next Sunday and cannot play. You also find out that three other players are injured for an upcoming team match. As the admin or captain, you can edit their availability without having to wait for them to adjust their own availability. No more waiting for player taps, just update with the new information and GO. Reduced friction and more options on how to manage vital information 👍🏼

Sponsor Ad Placements in Calendar Areas

Sponsor ad placements are now viewable within calendar areas. These placements are designed to be unobtrusive and maintain the clean look of the calendar interface.

ClickHouse Tracking of Impressions and Dwell Time

Behind the scenes, the app now uses ClickHouse for tracking impressions and dwell time. This means the app collects data on how users interact with the app, helping DMP understand what works best. This data-driven approach will lead to better user experiences and more relevant features in future updates.
